At this juncture, Cruz shares two of the many client success stories that his company has helped script over the years. In one instance, a client was using multiple ERP services to run their business, and eventually, they hit a snag. JDC Systems helped the concerned client by completely transforming their operational processes. Streamlining all the workflows, JDC Systems made those processes dynamic and customizable. As a result, the client could easily add new products, pricing, and services to their systems and change the workflow according to their needs.

In another instance, a client was struggling with its existing ‘bill of material’ software. Considering the client had multiple elements and associated attributes to consider before customizing a product for its end-customers, the sheer volume of data undermined the client’s bill of material’s efficiency and performance. JDC Systems helped the client by building an ERP solution that would bring the attributes down to a handful and essential ones, with proper nomenclature for each of those. When the client interfaced with JDC Systems’ solution with their existing bill of material software, it helped them mitigate the hassle of using an off-the-shelf product, bringing better efficiency.
