Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions are considered one of the most important information systems at the core of your business. When done right, you will provide a platform that enables efficiencies and automation that streamlines processes, as well as integrating each function of your business. With the wrong configuration or lack of evolution, you will develop a cumbersome system that does not add value and deters productivity.

The main purpose of an ERP system is to offer an all-encompassing solution that increases productivity by improving the flow of processes and communication between internal functions. This provides a single source of truth to ensure everyone is reading from the same sheet of music instead of having conflicting data produced from disparate systems. The right (or wrong) solution will have a direct impact on tracking and achieving corporate goals.
